Trudi Collier is a MBACP Accredited Psychological Therapist/Counsellor and a SMHFA Approved Tutor. She has been doing counselling/therapy work for nearly 20 years, also providing other work such as supervisory, couple counselling, facilitating, advocacy, mentoring, research and teaching.
Trudi also gives talks about mindfulness and other health/wellbeing topics, such as mental health awareness, so that we all can understand ourselves and others better.
This workshop is worth 5 CPD points. It will cost £90 per person, including lunch.
