Allow yourself to feel whatever you are feeling in this moment with something that you find hard to let go..
* Could you let it go?
* Would you let it go?
Repeat until you feel lighter, happier, freer, of the problem/issue/goal/feeling/person/etc..
Give yourself few minutes to focus on your favourite food (mine is raspberries) – use your senses wisely – look, feel & smell before putting in your mouth to taste/feel the texture..enjoy!Remember your breathing & allow your thoughts pass by.. #deafmindfulness
